Anoushka Kelkar

Physiotherapist

Anoushka is a passionate and energetic Physiotherapist who became a valued member of the Power Kids Therapy Centre family in March 2024. Throughout her studies, she gained skills and experience working with children after being accepted into the Healthy Strides Foundation internship program. She later had a placement at the Perth Children’s Hospital Early Intervention Clinic in her final year of study which allowed her further opportunities to work closely with children and families, helping to empower them with the skills and knowledge to support their child’s development.

It was these opportunities that sparked Anoushka’s interest in the field of Paediatric Physiotherapy. She loved the experience of getting to closely collaborate with families to work towards goals, and thoroughly enjoyed witnessing the children she worked with achieve these goals. Anoushka is passionate about considering the holistic care of the children she works with, as well as making Physiotherapy a fun and engaging environment for them to thrive in.

Anoushka unwinds by spending as much time by the beach as she can – whether it’s going for a swim when the weathers warm, or just parking her car by the beach on a rainy day and listening to music. A fun fact about Anoushka is that she taught herself how to play the ukulele and the piano!
